Does anyone know or can share what the salary range is for a big 4 (accounting firms) manager role in advisory or consulting in 2026?

I've research online but the band is either very large or the past posts are quite outdated. Would it be around 120k - 150k inclusive of super? Would SM be around 150k - 180k?

If someone has insights for a lateral move into a manger role, that would be really helpful as I know internal salaries are sometimes closer to the bottom end of the band. I'm currently on 115k in advisory as a manager and also know SC's that are on very similar TCs. Planning to move laterally to another big 4.
