best background music tool for podcast video clips?

I've been creating short clips from my podcast episodes for social media but I'm struggling with the background music situation. Most of the tracks I find from music libraries don't sync well with the pacing of my content and I end up spending way too much time trying to edit them to fit properly.

I'm looking for something that can generate original background music that actually matches the length and flow of my video clips automatically. Ideally something that analyzes the content and creates music that hits the right emotional beats instead of me having to search through endless libraries. Anyone have recommendations for tools that can create custom soundtracks for podcast video content?

I create content for my Instagram page and always struggle to find the right background music that syncs well with my reels. Most of the time I end up with tracks that are either too long, too short or just don't match the pacing of what I'm filming. I've tried using some basic AI music generators but they don't really understand the timing and emotional tone of my content.

Is there something that can analyze my video content and generate original soundtracks that hit the right beats and match the exact length I need. Commercial use rights would be a huge plus since I'm trying to grow my account without worrying about copyright issues. Has anyone found AI tools that can create music specifically synced to video content rather than just generic background tracks?
