My experience/tips

I ordered the 3-month BPI plan from Gimme Care on April 22 (like 6 hours before Chloe posted a 6 month option 🥲). It was approved and sent to the pharmacy the same day.

Late on April 23, the medication was filled and a tracking label was created and scanned into UPS.

On April 24, the package began its journey fr on m Miami to California.

It was delivered today, April 25 at 12 PM.

Everything arrived in a Styrofoam container with two ice packs still frozen, along with three frosty BPI + B6 60mg vials.

Compounding date: 2/23/2026

BUD: 2/17/2027

When my treatment plan was approved, it was approved for 13.5mg weekly injections but the doctor sent a prescription protocol in the message feature in the gimme portal detailing the 15mg weekly injection (I didn’t see this message until later). Like a lot of other posters I was confused because I had requested 15mg weekly, but didn’t see this as an issue—I assumed it was due to compounding, dosing, or telehealth regulations.

In the portal, you can download the prescription and clearly see the medication, dosage, and quantity sent to the pharmacy. Mine showed 3 x 60mg vials.

I used the link Chloe shared on Reddit (must use this link for pricing):

A few tips if you’re new to lower-cost telehealth platforms or using for the first time-

Your BMI needs to be over 30 especially if requesting higher dose!

If you report side effects, they may lower your dose, even appetite suppression- always click none!

It helps to state you want to maintain or increase your current dose

Yes- you have already taken this medication at your requested dose within the last 1–7 days

Upload a photo of your current prescription!! Sometimes just the vial you have been using works also.

I originally started with Fifty410, which was fast and easy (ability to select treatment plan and get approval before payment- huge plus esp. if doing your first order) but I paid $399 for a starter 3-month plan that only included one 60mg vial. After doing more research, I realized I was overpaying and decided to switch to a more affordable option.

No matter which service you use, keep in mind this is telehealth—not submitting and order for groceries via DoorDash or something. It’s a prescription from a doctor/healthcare professional! You can’t just walk into a doctor’s office and state you want the highest dose of a certain medication and expect to walk out with it.

Cheers!
