Hair looks good when wet
Why does my hair look good when wet but turn frizzy/puffy and impossible to control once it dries? I already avoid shampooing too often, don’t rub with a towel, use conditioner, and try not to touch it while drying. Is this a haircut issue, hair type issue, or am I missing something?
