I received a defective sunscreen from Nykaa worth ₹541, and they are refusing to refund or replace it. I basically paid for a damaged product and got nothing useful in return.

I already tried filing a complaint on the consumer helpline, but it didn’t help much. Nykaa keeps denying responsibility instead of solving the issue properly.

Has anyone else faced something similar with Nykaa? What should I do next to get my money back?
