I just downloaded Venmo after years and years and it tells me my account is suspended. I keep trying to contact help/support with their bit but it all points me back to directions on a email. The problem was I don’t have an email from them regarding this suspension and the original one I received was over 8 years ago after I already deleted the app. Any ideas how I can get my account unfrozen or receive an email how to unfreeze this? I tried to create a new account but since I have the same number it will not allow me to.
