Last week, someone pointed out that Malda mangoes from Bihar are as good as Alphonso — possibly better — but Alphonso flies business class while Malda barely leaves the state.

The problem isn't the mango. It's that no one around the mango built the enterprise.

Bihar has hundreds of such "mango-problems" आम-समस्या like this. Hiding in plain sight. Closest to the students who grew up inside them.
