I found this series on YouTube, around 2014, but it very clearly had been going on earlier than that. I assume was broadcast on TV as it was in a small but fairly typical talk show set and had production value, even though the recording had "day time tv" vibes. There wasnt a desk, but during interview segments, there are two people sitting opposite each other (maybe on stools?).

I remember watching a couple of episodes, and they featured interviews with various people who worked on Broadway, but also talked about the contemporary theatre happenings of the day. I believed it was filmed in NYC. I got the impression this was a long-running show.
