AMH 10 vs AFC 5. Results don't match, can this be stress?
Is it possible to increase AFC or see big fluctuations?
I'm 34 going through a break up and a lot of stress with own business and family. I had my AMH tested which was 10 but my AFC was tested a month later (now and in peak stress) and is 5.
The Dr was quite surprised as AFC results are not inline with what AMH indicated. I've had all my bloods done and have been supplementing everything as recommended and all looks good. I had AFC tested a couple of years ago and it was 15+ so I was really surprised and upset as the clinic is highlighting this isn't great and could mean low retrival.
Has anyone got any experience with something similar? And increased or AFC or any recommendations?
The thought of only getting 5ish eggs is really upsetting. The clinic is advising I would need 15-20 for a good chance of success.
