swap the weird motor to a different esc pad first. if it still does it → motor. if not → esc. simple but saves so much time
spin by hand if it feels rough bearings r done. if sounds like skipping phases redo ur solder
bought a set of 4 once and 1 was way off rpm wise like wtf
after a flight touch the bells if ones way hotter somethings up
check for wobble too
