Quick question about my PR timeline:

EE BC PNP Inland (with family)

ITA: Jan 20

AOR: Feb 7

BIL: Mar 16

Eligibility: Apr 14

Since Apr 16: Background check in progress

IRCC says:
Criminality: Completed

Security: Not started

Is it normal for security not to start at this stage? How long did yours take to begin or finish?
