7 weeks in and stalled
Hello. I’m 5’10 181 pounds male who just turned 50 years old.I’d appreciate some feedback. I started at .5 MG pinned every 5 days for the first month and lost about 4 pounds (1 pound a week). Then I completely stalled. I read to just do once a week would help so I started 2 MG pinned once a week and been 2 weeks on that and lost a half a pound. I’m eating same amount of calories and protein. I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. I go to gym 3 times a week for strength and 2 times a week for cardio. I also surf once a week. I eat about 1600-1800 calories and take in about 150-180 grams of protein a day. I just can’t lose weight. Any tips or feedback would be appreciated. I’m 7 weeks in. Do I stay the course at 2MG once a week or bump up? Thanks
