Summary: we had to move back and forth for 40+ minutes to get just two basic items at McDonald's DB city bhopal ypu can see both the order reciept and the time on which we received the items.......
Full story: Me and my friend went to MP nagar because I had to get my laptop repaired, and left the laptop at thaddaram complex and went to DB mall to check out laptops at chroma and reliance digital. We eventually ended up in the food area and decided to order just a aaloo wrap and a chicken mcgrill from McDonald's and I saw the screen display that my order was already prepared, but when I went up to the counter they said that the screen isn't properly synced and that they call out by name. I had no problem with that, except that it was really difficult to hear in all the commotion of the mall, so we had to constantly go to the counter to check if it was prepared and if we had missed it. Being told to wait, but after 30 minutes I asked them to check if the order was skipped and it was infact skipped by them. Only then did they actually begin making the order. 10 more minutes later we got it. The first photo is my friend showing the time on his phone 2:12 pm and the second is the order reciept produced at 13:31 (1:31 pm).
This was the second time it happened to me, the first time I was here on my birthday, with two friends. I ordered just an espresso. I had to wait 30 whole minutes before they knew I had been waiting and after 45 minutes I got my 30 ml expresso, tasted like espresso.
