I dropped 300 ug 2 days ago. If I drop 500 ug today will I get a solid trip assuming I smoke weed?

I have stopped taking the antipsychotic respiradone about 5 weeks ago because it blocks acid. 2 weeks after Stopping I did a tab and it was blocked, 3 weeks after same thing, waited 2 weeks and then did 300 ug and now the 300 ug Was it strong yes but it wasnt like life changing like people say it is, and didnt have too much euphoria. There was also not much psychedelic-ness other than the visuals. My question is, is this all just to due to the receptors respiradone blocked slowly resensitizing? If i wait another 3 weeks and do 300 (8 weeks since doing respiradone) Do yall think that would give me the full 300 ug im looking for? Talking forgetting my name visuals everywhere etc
