Appreciate me - completed 20k steps per day this week
My goal is to lose belly fat, so last week I tried walking 20k steps per day. Honestly, my sleep quality improved, and wonderfully, I fell asleep just a few minutes after going to bed. I also felt good. Im gonna keep it for quality of sleep and energy
