Hi folks! Thinking about moving into one of the Persimmon estates in Larkhall (the ones built about 3 years ago). Got a super nice deal for 3 bed mid terrace..

​Does anyone on here actually live in that patch? Just trying to get a feel for what it’s like day to day. I know Persimmon can be hit or miss, so I'm wondering if the houses are holding up okay after settling for a few years or if they're a bit 'paper thin'

​Also, what’s the vibe in Larkhall like lately for someone moving in? Is it a decent spot for commuting? My partner works remotely and I commute once a week to Edinburgh..
