

Hi everyone! I am currently 19 weeks out from my first show. For reference, I’m 5’7 cw 177 and 19 yrs old, hoping to compete in the OCB bikini division (teen). I have a decent amount of muscle mass (122 pounds per a dexa scan I recently had done) but I’m worried I won’t be lean enough for my show in mid September. Can anyone give me a genuine answer to whether I will be close to show ready by then? I’m taking this prep very seriously (macros are being tracked to a tee and lifting 5x per week) and I’m really hoping to compete I just know I need to set more realistic expectations and would like some opinion other than my own :) thanks.
