Hello all. Having issues with a 2017 Tiguan. It is consuming about 1L per 730KM (1qt per 450mi)

2017 Tiguan 150, 145k km, (90k mi)

PCV was replaced with an OEM unit.

ZERO Leaks.

Not sure where to start really.... Have noticed some blue smoke out of the exhaust but ONLY when the car is at idle. And its not constant. Zero smoke on throttle and does not smoke on cold or warm starts. Very inconsistent when it does.

I have tried to rule a few things out.

Turbo: Does not smoke on throttle or WOT

Valve stem seals: Does not smoke on cold or warm start.

If there was blow by through the rings it would smoke on throttle?

Just looking for some help, At a dead end currently. No oil consumption issues on my 2017 R so wonder if this is a Tiguan issue only.
