Should we fill all the non negative integers with random/some range in case of luck because believe accuracy is seen if two candidates have the exact same score and probability of having +3/4 is actually low

For the past week I downloaded this brainpal app to count the number of reels watched daily..... Even after holding it back it was around 300 average daily... Not wanting to delete and practice self control, today I have brought that figure down to 20. I'm a student so sadly I open phone before books before i start my day.... How can I continue with this practice as right now it seems too heavy to leave? everytime i have nothing to do or dont know how to proceed in a certain position i find myself opening the app. i have renamed it and started olauncher to get rid to reflexive opening also
