Uh as y'all know the amount of actual human readers has drastically reduced on Wattpad, many authors like me are struggling to get views. I view r4r and v4v not as an honest interaction between author and reader so what I'm aiming for is a solid fanbase for my books that review, vote and actually read my work and suggest changes.
