I’m working on a story about workplace bullying and toxic management in Denmark, particularly cases involving bosses or supervisors rather than co-workers.

I’m hoping to speak with people (especially internationals/expats) who’ve dealt with things like intimidation, humiliation, retaliation, exclusion, aggressive micromanaging, being shouted down in meetings, or feeling pressured to stay silent at work.

I’m also interested in whether people felt supported by HR or management, or whether complaints were ignored.
