I really love Kawayan Cove to be my place of residence in the future. It's peaceful, has own beachfront, not overcrowded, and nature-heavy.

In the future (if yumaman tayo hahaha), I would d love to explore similar residential communities around Batangasl.

Looking for recommendations with these qualities:

• peaceful / low-density community
• beachfront or near the sea
• more private and less commercialized
• good for long-term living, not just vacationing
• ideally not flood-prone
• preferably serviced by MERALCO (or at least reliable power), not BATELEC sana 😅

So far, Kawayan Cove talaga yung benchmark ko.

Any places/subdivisions/beach communities you’d recommend checking out?
