I’ve been absolutely loving The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild so far, especially exploring and unlocking the map tower by tower. It felt like this huge peaceful adventure where I could wander into random villages, climb mountains, & cook weird mushroom meals.
But now I unlocked the area around Ganon’s castle and suddenly EVERYWHERE I go there are robot spider guardians lasering me from across the continent.
I swear I hear the piano music start and immediately enter cardiac arrest.
I’m getting discouraged because I die constantly now and it’s making me scared to explore. Did anyone else hit this phase where the game suddenly feels brutally hard? Am I underleveled or is this just part of the BOTW emotional experience? Any beginner-friendly tips for dealing with guardians without getting vaporized appreciated 🥲
