Starting my second fast

06:48am, GMT. No sleep.

Posting just to keep my progress and feel motivated by looking at all other ppl in the community.

Last time was my first fast stopping at 61h. This time I want to try to go a bit further, and possibly (hopefully) step into autography.

Main goal is to clear my mind, last fast was marvellous in terms of helping my depression but these days I found myself unmotivated and procrastinating doing the weirdest shit and eating all the time to stop the thinking, even when I’m uncomfortably full.

Wish myself good luck :)

Broke my first fast today at 9:50am, 62 hours in total, honestly I didn’t know I could get this far. Surprisingly didn’t feel any hunger during my fast and minimal thoughts about food, probably because I was very busy with exams.

Woke up today with fast heart rate and a bit lightheaded, felt a bit better afterwards but decided to stop my fast. My friend is throwing a birthday party tomorrow and I don’t really wanna miss out, so adapting my body 1 day prior to prevent any issues with eating greasy food.

Broke the fast with some zucchini and chestnut soup, and 2 soft boiled eggs. Feeling fine for now!

Again, images to keep myself accountable of what I can achieve😄. Can’t wait for my next fast.

Question: how long do you wait till your next fast if the previous one is quite short? <3days

First time fasting, not expecting to see results rn just holding myself accountable of my progress.

51hours in! Didn’t feel a single sense of hunger. Brain working well during exam preparation. Even helped with my mental health disorder (diagnosed).
