Hi, I found a beautiful top-floor apartment in fylis street 5min walking from pl. amerikis and 7min from ag. nikolaos metro station. I know this neighbourhood has a bad reputation and is regarded as somewhat rough. there is no brothels directly around the apartment I am looking at. what is your take on the future development of the neighbourhood?
