So I have a logo that I want to imprint on paper- the image is very simple like drawing of a cat and then some text.

While creating the male part was easy - uploading the image, isolating the picture, and extruding it to the length I need was simple-, making the female part is has been a struggle. My main set back is the tolerance- I thought it was going to be as easy as just extruding it backwards so it leaves an indent of the size I need. But obviously when I go in to mate them it just crashes right into self.

any tips or ideas on how I can fix this? I thought making the picture slightly bigger so that it overlaps would work but then it just doesn’t look right. The best example of what I want to make is this:

but obviously with my own logo and text - and it’s going to be 3d print (sadly I do not have a CNC milling machine 😔)

Thanks for the help!
