Roth or Traditional 401K?

I know this has been asked 100’s of times but I’m still back and forward in my head of where I should continue to contribute my money towards.

I‘m 42 years old, make 110K per year, I currently contribute 15% of my pay check with a company match of 10% into my roth 401k account with a current balance of 250k (I started late unfortunately). I’m currently in the 22-24% tax bracket and don’t except my wages to increase significantly over time.

My question is should I keep contributing into the roth or should I switch over to the traditional 401k.

Thanks guys I really appreciate it!! :)
