for those that saw my previous post asking for advice on a tattoo taking too long, i finally got the rest finished! i’m super happy w the outcome. took him a little under 3 hrs.

I know every artist is different. But i feel like 8-9 hours to only get this amount done is kinda crazy. I get wanting to take your time and it is a LOT of lines, and i’m not really complaining considering this will be on my body forever. But compared to the other pieces people get done in 9 hours, i feel like that’s a lot of time. I just feel bad for my artist cause it’s a disservice for me and themselves. They don’t charge hourly.
UPDATE! i listened to yall and i went to another person, told them about my situation and i am getting it finished may 7th at 11 am, they quoted me like 2 hours 😂! i’ll post the finished result
also… i don’t care if you don’t like the concept or design or placement… i like it which is why i’m putting it on my body forever lol
