So I've been using uber to get back and forth to work for the past couple of weeks. I finally got to see the ratings drivers gave me and 2 gave me a 1 star. Making my total rating 4.56. Now here's the thing. I literally do nothing! I'm quiet unless spoken to. Greet and thank the driver. And am mostly on my phone with the sound off during the drive. My trip is pretty short. Under $20 for each ride so I usually tip $3 which is slightly over the average tip price. (I make sure to calculate.) I'm never rude, don't eat in the vehicle, I'm not messy either. So can someone explain to my why someone would rate me 1 star as a rider??
