Hello All,

I made two different FOIA requests in my name. The first one came with a response of no records.

The second came with this information based on my previous request (the no records one):

Upon further review, we discovered that your request had been duplicated within the system. The original request SMP********** was closed on January 5, 2026 and a copy of the requested records were released to you. Please contact us if you have not received a copy of the records.

Now why does it say "copy of the requested records", because the only response I got from the previous one was no records. Does "copy of the requested records" mean that there are actual documents or is it the no records response they are referring to?
