I had a return trip booked through greyhound. My return leg was first delayed 4 hours then cancelled. What was already a 15 hour journey, they assigned me a 30+ hour ride back and expect me to be ok with it.
The guy at the desk said that the only way I can get a refund was if I write to greyhound. Firstly, greyhound doesn’t have customer service over email. I went digging through the app to find a refund request to which there was absolutely no response. Zero. Nada.
This was the second time I had a 150+ min delay on my trip. 300+ min the first time which I thought to be a rare occurrence. The second time was this trip. My mistake. I was nothing but patient and waiting for a reply but doesn’t look like they care. Never traveling with greyhound again.
