House Assistant/ Childcare personal assistant ad

I've come across this ad at least 3 times over the past 1-2 years. Seems they haven't been able to keep anyone long-term. I wonder if the long hours or ridiculous expectations accompanied by poor pay could be the reason? I love that they're listing the hours as 7-4:30 with some even longer days and some Saturdays needed, but still list the hours as 40 per week. On top of that, this is a local incorporated business looking, so they're most likely running the nanny's payroll through the business, which is illegal.

For perspective, this is in a moderately-high cost-of-living suburb of a large midwestern city. Most professional nanny jobs would start around $23-$25/hour. They are paying $17-$23/hour!!!
