hi all, f22 here, i've never been a runner lol and after feeling inspired by the london marathon videos lmao i'd love to get into it. alot of my friends use "strava" so i've downloaded that, as well as the "couch to 5k" app. my plan is to complete the couch to 5k, starting from next week, so that'll take me up to about the start of july, then i want to be able to be fit enough to do the london landmarks half marathon in april 2027 : ) does anyone have any tips/advice on what the best way to train for a half marathon is as a newbie? you see alot of different stuff online so any help would be hugely appreciated thanks!!
