So I’m sitting here I was read my article 31 rights today and my command wants to charge me with article - 134 adultery

Now here some back story I’ve been legally separated from my ex wife since February this year and this is just coming up I can’t afford to get NJP as to much in my life going on like going to see my son every other month and at this point I have no idea what to do help me pls
