Something I keep running into is that smaller expenses are easy to manage with a card but larger vendor payments or rent type costs still require direct transfers

It creates this weird split system where part of the business is streamlined and the other part feels outdated. It also makes it harder to take advantage of rewards or float when needed

Is this just something everyone deals with?

I just set up rent insurance for my apartment and was surprised at how limited the payment options are. I have been trying to keep all my expenses on one card for tracking and rewards but this is one of those things that forces me to go a different route. It is not a huge bill but it still feels like I am missing out over time 

Does anyone have a better system for handling this?
