I am 20M currently pursuing my bcom degree . Social conversations are very hard for me and especially with women, I can not make proper eye contact and tend to get awkward during conversations, I feel this awkwardness makes the other person(especially female) uncomfortable, this is probably just me overthinking but I don't know what to do. I was diagnosed with adhd and Social anxiety disorder last year and currently on medication. The medication has helped me a lot but social interactions are still the same, anyone facing the same issue?
