Have it for 3 months now i think, the side brush doesn’t extend at all (mop does), the maps keeps being ruined with random zones, and we constantly get errors of mop-pad holder being stuck, even though it’s not.

Does anyone have good experiences with this vacuum, and should I send this one back? Would love to hear your opinion!

We have the docking station build into a closet, so this could explain some returning to dock issues, however, it doesnt explain the other issues..

It also seems to shut itself off on the docking station due to “inactivity”, making it not turn on in the scheduled tasks..

Now that im writing, im pretty sure I’ll send it back.

What could be a proper replacement vacuum?
