So since indeed keeps restricting my negative reviews. I will post it here. I need to be transparent. I am not just ranting because I got my feelings hurt..etc. I am stating a professional negative review. Since Indeed restricts free speech, I'll start here.
I applied multiple times at Neighbors bank and kept getting rejected after the recorded video portion. So I studied watching interview videos and improved myself. I moved up the the stage right before the final round then got rejected again! I didnt even get the lady who was supposed to interview me because of time conflicts. That's unprofessional.
So I get this lady, who starts straight into behavioral questions. I keep my answers under a min and dont ramble. I explain my value. Key thing to note is they dont want anyone with prior experience in loans at all. Yet, they want someone who had experience in sales. I was a top tier 1 sales performer and go above the sales quota. I told her this!!!
When it came down to asking her questions, she couldn't even answer my 2 part question. I had to ask her twice. Yet, she was asking my 2 part questions for each question.
She said they got 15k applicants for 1 app and insinuated I should be thankful to have been talking to her!? She didnt say it directly, but her tone and the way she said it came off as very dry.
I asked her if I needed to get references, and she said no, just wait 48 hours and please reapply if they select another candidate. She didnt even take notes. She had an AI system that recorded my voice.
Therefore, the 4 step process( assessment, video recorded interview, phone interview, and then 45 min leadership interview is insane!!!)
I wasted so much time and I'm not applying here again.
They won't take you even if you had previous sales experience and they wont take you if you had ANY loan experience.
They are like an elite group and you must fit into their culture.
Did anyone else have this experience with applying here? And if you work there, what is it really like working there?
No wonder they have great reviews on indeed! They remove any negative comment.
