Is this toner good for removing tanning

Someone suggested me to use glycolic acid to remove tanning so asking should I use this? Can't trust de tan face packs because of plenty negetive reviews

Drop some safe tan removal remedies for face (diy) I was using a tan removal remedy which contains (besan rice powder, coffee lemon coconut oil) it's working fine for my body but doesn't suit my face . My skin type is very probably combined.
