What cleanser and moisturizer?
Hey! I am a 19 yo female and I have struggled with these little dots for a very long time. When I do not wash my face they are there and when I wash my face they get even worse. I have tried every cleanser from prequel, Vanicream, cetaphil, La Roche posay, cerve, etc. I am going on accutane in may and I need help to restore my barrier. I tried the cetaphil gentle cleanser tonight again but it made these little dots appear more in the first 2 pics. I have little bumps, redness, PIE, and dehydration lines on forehead. I would greatly appreciate any recommendations for cleansers and moisturizers to repair barrier. I would prefer no silicones, HA, niacinimide, or coconut:) it is very frustrating trying to find skin care products. I do live in the south now for school, I used to live in the Midwest. When I moved down here my skin went crazy and I am still recovering from it.
Any acid also irratates my skin and makes it very inflamed/itchy such as Salysilic, glycolic, etc
