Almost 4wpo incision healing

I feel like my incisions are healing pretty good. I’ll be 4 weeks on Wednesday. my nips are on a slower journey so I’m glad the incisions seem to be behaving at least.

anyone else feel super tender and just sore? I ended up having to put a tank top under my bra tonight and using a bra that’s a little too big because I’m just so sore and uncomfortable

my Dr said I can take my stripes off in the shower (2 WPO)… but that it may cause some little openings. anyone else have those and they close okay?
