I currently work at an MRO making $32/HR I've been there for a few months now. I'm considering quitting job and going to A&P School using my G.I Bill. Seems like a solid move but I'm just worried about being broke for a year until i get my license and another job. I'd work while getting my license, unfortunately I've lost all faith in the team I work for. (Seems like there's no career growth there.) and I'm just showing up to get paid at this point. (Not the way i like to conduct myself at work)

As for career advice I'm looking to see what places are recommended to go to and what places to stay away from. As well as what my potential pay could be based off my experience. Any advice helps I've been out of the Air Force for about a year now so still new to navigating the civilian aviation workforce than you.

Simple Resume:

6 Years Air Force Jet Engine Mechanic. (back shop and flightline)

6 Months jet engine MRO
