Hello remote workers of Reddit,

I'll be starting a new job in two weeks that will have me working fully remote for 2 months before I relocate. It will then be a hybrid work schedule but not sure how many days in the office yet. I was able to rent something about 20 minutes away so I won't have a long commute.

I currently work full time in the office and as much as I hate to admit it. I really like it and find I focus well in the office. My current job also requires reviewing files with colleagues though so it's helpful to be in the same building.

I've worked remote roles before, when I was hybrid I did very well with my time management and general motivation, but the fully remote job I had did not go well for me.

I'd love to hear some tips and tricks for working from home and how to maintain good boundaries between work and home as I often found myself unmotivated and distracted by household tasks. I really need to lock in for these next two months to get off to a good start. It's also a big salary bump for me and a new industry so I'm not 100% sure of what tasks my admin role will encompass.
