All the free gyms are filled with mattresses, will there at least be paid gym?

Update: I've been told that the paid gym is available for free from 6am to 10am

I wanted to buy this book called Kizumonogatari which doesn't have any listings anywhere except as a box set. I could only find it on bookswagon.com. It's rather expensive so I'm hoping it's the official copy. Also is it true that bookswagon is the same as Sunrise Bookstore on Amazon because I know that Sunrise is legit.

Most posts on this sub says they are legit but some comments said it's pirated
