For the record, I bought a Fairphone 4 at the beginning of 2022. I bought it a fortune for my budget at the time, while knowing that I was buying a good product that would last a long time...
During those 4 years, I have changed the battery that was no longer working, the USB plug that was no longer charging and the entire block of upper speaker that was broken.
Today I have reached the point of no return.
After the last update, the phone boot about twenty times before turning on. When it is turned on, it will reboot randomly after 10/15 minutes of use.
I will not look on this forum or the Fairphone forums for ways to solve this problem. I will not send it as a repair.
This is not a post complaining about the support or anything, i simply give up. The Fairphone adventure ends here for me, I’m going to go buy myself a new phone.
And not a Fariphone.
