Venting really…
6 months out from my first encounter of PF and I have been pain free for about the past 3 months. The only discomfort I have is morning soreness on my arch+heel area.
I went from running 100 miles a month to scraping for 5-10 miles a month. Max amount of running activity today is roughly about 15 minutes before I begin to feel like my PF wants to flair up. PT has been going on the past 3 months has helped me get to running what I can. I am for some reason able to hike for a few hours and no discomfort.
Things that have helped.
Barefoot in the house, before house shoes wore triggering sharp PF pain.
Gentle rolling out foot after PT or run.
Things I don’t understand:
Why my foot is sore every morning.
Sometimes it feels like I have muscle spasms or a pulse like feeling when sitting down. No pain just notice it.
PT discharged me because insurance says that I no longer need PT if I can do my daily activities. Still trying to get back to my running cadence. *also have gained some weight because not doing cardio as often.
