Used to find tons of listings on Ali, now I’m only finding like one, often from a seller without reviews with the older style ribbon cables for the OLED. Anyone willing to share a better source for chips?

I’ve worked on a bunch of oled switch models and this is a first. Had to do some troubleshooting with the mod (turned out to be a bad modchip) and in the process ended up reworking the board in a few places (replaced the cmd resistor, as well as the resistor near the clock point, and a capacitor near the sp2 connection by the cpu. already tried swapping the fan. the issue is definitely related to the switch temperature reading, as I’ve gotten several overheating warnings when the unit is cool (and yes, all thermal paste was properly replaced).

considering swapping the temperature sensor ic from a donor board, but if that doesn’t work I’m at a loss. any ideas?

I’ve got a model 1 HD graphics model that‘s working well aside from a broken top shell. If I buy a model 1 that doesn’t have the HD graphics text, is it otherwise the same shell? would the board fit?
