Any one That have Palmer Hyperhidrosis (تعرق اليدين المفرط ) and found a solution ?
Looking for people who have the same or a similar condition and found a solution.
Most of the treatments I found are not available in Tunisia. I’d also appreciate any feedback from anyone who has tried Botox, surgery, or iontophoresis.
