I had a one on one with my boss today, but im not sure even the purpose really. He started by doing a wellcheck just how im doing, (tho i dont think he likes me much, besides the point). I have exceeded all metrics in my job by a good amount but my boss finds that “alarming “ that there is such a difference between myself and my colleagues. And he is assigning additional people to checkmy work, to make sure i am doing it correctly. So far , has found nothing considering i. Also have the best quality but i can tell he does not trust me for some reason, just asks why am i doing so much, and its concerning. Instead of getting any recognition. I got what feels like mistrust and something bad i guess. How do you deal with employees who exceed expectations and how worrying is it?
