Technical issues not be addressed

For the past 7 to 10 days, myself and other people in the Printify group are unable to use SVG files anymore, they have to be PNG. This has been a problem with both Spoke and MWW. No one in support has been able to give an answer why, and it still says on all of the product products that SVG files are supported so if that has changed it needs to be brought to our attention, especially since I’ve now had to pay $10 a month for software to up the PNG file sizes for larger items like towels and blankets.

Second, all day today orders I have tried submitting to spoke are getting stuck in sending to production or it switch switches to has issues without stating what issue to resolve, it just says pending. No one has let anybody know if there’s a connection problem with spoke and the support person in the chat didn’t know if there was a connection problem.

I understand technical issues happen but it seems like Printify is having quite a large problem that no one is addressing

I’m not a hater, I love my coach retail bags very much and all of my outlet bags from the past five years but when I went to the outlet yesterday I was genuinely shocked. All of the made to last pebbled leather bags have disappeared, the laurel was the only one in there. Everything was coated canvas or cheaper leathers that all felt like plastic even though they weren’t. When people mentioned they were combining the outlet with retail I was excited that maybe the outlet quality would get even better but it is significantly worse than last year. They’ve gone from affordable bags that can last for years to trendy and flimsy, the outlet has gone full fast fashion. The quality in my aria bag I bought in 2024 versus the one I bought at the end of 2025 was my first hint something was up but after yesterday it was obvious
